A recent project in Caio, Carmarthenshire involved restoring a farm track that had become so overgrown and uneven it was unusable for an elderly couple’s small holding. Our goal was to create a safe, durable and cost-effective track that would last for years to come.

To help keep costs down, we excavated shale directly from the farm for use as hardcore. The surface was then topped off with thoroughly compacted recycled road surfacing, creating a strong, grippy finish. This approach not only saved the client money but also guaranteed that the farm track will remain stable and usable for years to come.
